Absolutely incompetent company in terms of contact and processing. If I am to wait for my termination until a responsible agent is back on site then that is simply unacceptable. Nachmieter numerous at hand and no contact person in any form! Never again a rental property of this sloppy company!

Top performance! Several of my properties are represented by Unirent and there have never been any problems. I can only praise and recommend the Unirent team. The staff are very friendly and competent. A conversation with the GA has never been necessary for me. In general, it should read: First find out facts before contacting the property management! Who knows if everything is always right, what you pick up on. PS. Every year I look forward to the advisory forum that Unirent draws up. Great speakers who convey supposedly boring topics top and interesting. Here you can acquire specialist knowledge, but I am always appalled at how the case law works. Everything is correct today, then comes a judgment and then what was correct yesterday is wrong - retrospectively. In such cases you can only trust your competent partner - the property management team, after all, they know their way around! And the most important thing about the advisory board is the delicious cake / tart buffet. For this I give 10 out of 5 stars, because there is nothing comparable in the whole district.

catastrophic! Both in cooperation with tenants and contracted craft companies. If you request a call back, you will not be called back - even by the GF. Weird procedure and measures for insurance damage. Tasks to be carried out by the AGM are "sat out" until the tenant takes care of the organization or coordination.
