Had an account in the bank. Wanted to close it and take MY HARD EARNED MONEY OUT. I am not a German native and english is my choice of languge for theese kind of things. Young lady at the desk was very rude and annoyed by my reguest. Manager came down and somehow we managed to sort it out. Coming from a line of work that deals with costumer service i gotta be honest and say this was the worst bank service i have ever been given. U should be much kinder and nicer to your costumer and client. I was one... never again!

A maximum of EUR 50 thousand can be transferred online. Increase not possible. Telephone request unsuccessful. Statement "is just that and someone else has decided so". You can transfer by bank transfer. Like 1975. And best of all, charge fees for this "service". How should you build a house with such a bank?

Dirty advice, workers lying to customers, confidentiality is broken Adviser talks to the secretary what the customer just wanted and what he has for problem, it is looked like the customer is being ripped off and try to give wrong advice so that later more problems has, of course, decide how high your expenses are and throw around with numbers that do not exist at all .... Actually partly a joke as they go around with people ...
