As others have already written, as a business customer I had several consultants and now I am also looked after by various employees from Munich. The branch in the Alte Regensburgerstr. was closed. There is only one machine that is often out of order. Zero privacy. When you stand at the machine, someone often comes along and looks almost directly at your fingers. I don't know what the management was thinking. In the city a branch without parking. Unbearable state that I won't go through for much longer. I will leave this bank.

Often problems with parking. No parking spaces for customers. Only public ones that are far too few. So parking is 80% a very big problem.

as a business customer I am now already with the 4 consultants and that in only 3 years ... meanwhile I am being looked after from Munich ... my "Filliale" was closed and then I always have to torture myself into the city!
