Very friendly and competent staff. Since the expected and promised processing did not take place through the hotline with the service number, I contacted the Landshut branch directly. Here I was given customer-oriented help from the start and everything was done to my complete satisfaction within 4 days. For me, these employees are the best advertisement for a bank. Thank you for the great support!

Daum high, highly recommended, I am fully satisfied. My wishes were fulfilled in a few minutes, even without an extra appointment everything worked out. The employees are very nice and try hard. Best advice 👍👍👍

Got a loan. The bank advisor insisted on an RSV. With a loan amount of a little more than € 33,000, you asked € 3,446 for an RSV. This does not even cover unemployment insurance. That is completely insane usury. I feel that my predicament at the time was taken advantage of, when the bank itself wrote that an RSV is not a requirement for a loan. Overall, I come to zero interest times, although I was in permanent work, never in my life had anyone owed a single cent on an interest burden of around 8%, if you include the RSV that the man from the bank forced on me. Special payments shorten the time, not the amount of the installment - there is no choice here. Thank God the loan will soon be paid off ahead of time in a little more than 12 months and I wouldn't have to accept such a lousy offer anymore. My conclusion: The RSV costs a huge amount and doesn't even cover unemployment. Feel ripped off because they knew I had to take out the loan at the time. Hands off!
