We just have to deal with all applications relating to babies. In my opinion, the parental allowance office, which is typical for an office, does not have the best reputation. I would like to counteract this. I can't say anything negative at all. The applications and all related information can be viewed on the website and are explained very clearly. Furthermore, more detailed questions on our part were answered in a very uncomplicated manner and within 24 hours via e-mail! I also gave my cell phone number and was even called back again by a staff member who was very friendly and competent. Although my request has already been clarified through the email. The telephone availability is certainly a point of criticism. 6 calls an hour until I reached someone were already in it. But there is the possibility of writing to the ZBFS in writing. And that was pretty easy. Of course, I am also curious to see whether our applications go through without problems and are processed on time. But these people don't twiddle their thumbs. Otherwise they would not be so committed! Personally, I was not in office due to Corona. But I only praise the distance contact!
