I called the registry office today about a marriage. What can I say. I do not know at what times they call here who complain. But for me it went smoothly and without problems. In addition, the woman on the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful! Clear 5 stars for this service.

I had contact with very nice, helpful staff. I am very pleased. Had also with the telephone accessibility no problems. Of course, the employees can not answer the phone when they are having a face-to-face conversation ... it only helps to call again :) But they also take time for the concerns that are raised. I find it very pleasant.
There you call 3 days in a row and that every 5 minutes and nobody goes there. I urgently need my birth certificate and then something like that. I'm a couple of times whether an answer comes by mail.
Unfortunately, no one ever reached by phone.
In addition, every small company gets it out that there is a "switchboard", only the registry office is still on answering machine announcements. However, do not press the 1 or 2, no you have to call a completely new number, which is said to be fast. The numbers of the announcement are not repeated, so you could at least write down, if you do not understand them, you just have to call again ... Internet and Isdn-Anlagen all new territory!
