I was stopped by a policewoman in Wittstrasse on Sunday, August 23rd, 2020, who politely explained to me that an alcohol test was being carried out and asked me if I would agree to blow in the tube. I agreed, but tried jokingly not to have to blow. One thing only briefly: this policewoman was so nice, so charming that she is an ornament to the police. I hope the nice lady reads this.

After an internet fraud, I filed a complaint, all evidence was there, the address of the fraudster was confirmed, but I still felt like a troublemaker of the office sleep. When the ad was finally recorded, nothing happened, despite several calls, no information. After almost 1 year I received the evidence back in the mail without any comment or further information and I never heard anything again. You know what you are paying taxes for, sad to have to pay such an uninterested person. Not everyone is like that, I also met very friendly colleagues on the street, but the overall picture is clouded by the whistles in the office ...

So far I had a very good opinion about the Landshut police. Unfortunately, I now had to have a significantly different experience. On the one hand, you cannot complain that you have too few staff to implement Corona measures, but then employ at least one chief inspector on Saturday to issue parking tickets in a traffic-calmed housing estate for parking against the direction of travel (for at least 30 cars, if not more) . I always park properly, just this one weekend so that I don't have to change my tires on the lane, the other way around. I don't remember this being checked since I started living here. Not even from the public order office. The 15 euros don't hurt me, and of course the penalty is also legal, but right does not always mean right.
