I have been living in a property manager's apartment for almost half a year and can only speak positively about Restie. I was able to reach someone at any time who answered my small questions quickly and super friendly, I was always well helped! Even when it came to processing an invoice or something similar, I always got an answer very quickly. Thanks to the team!

I recently moved into a Restie property management property. Communication and organization within the framework of the lease and the handover of the apartment went very smoothly. All questions were answered quickly by email. I'm very satisfied - thank you

Incredibly inept, unreliable "property management". Doesn't manage to create an utility bill within a year. This leaves the landlord on any additional claims ... but the property management company Restie apparently does not care. The accessibility of this "great" company is also admirable. Neither calls nor emails are answered and that for months. Embarrassing, just embarrassing.

Unfortunately, we, as tenants, are also among the suffering of this property management company. Responding to emails ... zero. Accessibility by phone ... zero. Professionalism ... zero.
