TM-Wohnbau was recommended to us. And that is exactly what we would like to do here as well ... We definitely have not regretted the decision in favor of TM-Wohnbau. We would let TM-Wohnbau fulfill our dream - our own house - at any time. From the beginning to the handover and beyond, we received excellent support. All concerns and wishes were taken into account to our complete satisfaction. The planning between the individual trades, the timing, the sampling dates, the coordination of the suppliers (water, electricity, telecom ...), etc., everything was very well coordinated. A big thank you also goes to all the ladies from TM-Wohnbau, who organized a lot in the background and always had an ear for small or large concerns. Service and reliability are still very important to the whole team. Those who value "The customer is king" are in good hands here.

We took our time with the evaluation and waited until everything was completely finished (and there were no surprises). After we moved in about 1 year ago, the services were already 99% correct. Individual remaining points were then completely resolved without exception by TM Wohnbau. We can therefore unreservedly recommend TM Wohnbau as a property developer - especially for laypeople like us. In addition to the good performance, the very good communication should also be mentioned. Mr. Zeka (both of them) could always be reached directly and even difficult topics were dealt with consistently. We would build with TM Wohnbau again, as seriousness, professionalism and friendliness are right here!

We have experienced TM Wohnbau as a very pleasant partner at all times in the course of our almost 12-month house construction. All work, including our numerous special requests, was fulfilled as discussed. The process was professional at all times and also transparent for us as laypersons. The project was completed on time and we are very satisfied with the result. Many thanks at this point to the Zeka brothers as site manager, as well as to all colleagues in the office. Here, too, we always responded to all emerging requests in a friendly and helpful manner.

TM Wohnbau made our dream come true. From start to finish, top quality, competent and nice team, quick completion, transparent, without nasty surprises and no hidden costs. We had looked at various real estate offers, but none of them fit as perfectly as this one from TM. Right from the start, the detailed building description for the terraced house was convincing and you knew exactly what to buy from the start. We tried in vain to find the catch. There was no. We are completely satisfied. The living space and the rooms were optimally planned for families with children. Here too, TM was ahead of many other offers. Many thanks to the Zeka brothers and their team! Keep it up! And continued success!
