Until my mother moved out of an ALMAR Immobilien apartment, the company seemed competent. The handover of the apartment was flawless. The full repayment of the deposit took place almost a year after moving out (after threatening legal action) and my mother is still waiting in vain for the utility bill (with a probable reimbursement). There is no reply to e-mails and only the answering machine answers the phone. One tries to hold off the tenant. The company seems to have other interests.

Visited an apartment building in Landshut. Tenants didn't want to let us in everywhere. However, it went so far. The broker's pictures and synopsis were meaningful enough. Thanks for that and recommendable.

If all real estate companies are like this, it would be great. Was called back immediately by phone. Always reply to emails quickly. That's how I like it.
