The contact seems to work well at first ... Inquiries via email were also answered promptly. I was offered a tour of the apartment, but after further emails or calls I couldn't make an appointment to tour the apartment. Et al there was another important appointment abroad ... Now you should sign the rental agreement if you really want the apartment. In addition, it is subsequently said that the apartment has been inspected after all. Which is absolutely not true! The business conduct of the company does not look serious to me. Unfortunately, Google cannot award less than one star.

Warning: Vetter Campusprojekte GmbH or VETTER Wohnbau GmbH manages several student residences and one in which non-students may move in as well. You first require a reservation fee, which will be converted into a collection fee upon the conclusion of a lease. This is how Vetter tries to circumvent the ordering principle.
