It's just a bank. The people are really nice, which cannot be said of the management level. A bank pulls the money out of your wallet. Internet banking works very well. But I have no idea how well protected the software is. I've been with internet banking for 10 years and it has never been a problem.

I am only amazed at Mr. Lippert's business conduct. Sending a cancellation to a giro customer after more than 20 years without warning based on the terms and conditions is wonderful. In addition, there was constant contact and exchange with the responsible clerk, who was apparently surprised himself. That you can then only stop by threatening certain keywords, because Mr. Lippert simply acted illegally, that's worth a review!

Very friendly staff, I feel there still in good hands. My customer advisor, Ms Melanie Schmitt, is the best I know. Very competent, helpful, serious in the matter.
