As an ADAC member, I always get my discount at Shell except here. I paid with a voucher, then I was told that I had to decide, either pay with a voucher and no discount or pay with cash / card and get the discount. Then I asked another shell who said the seller didn't want me to get the discount. At the other gas station there was a voucher and a discount at the same time. That's why this gas station will never see me again.

Unfriendly .... On a holiday it is to be expected that the rolls may be pre-ordered by phone because bakers are available. Then only the statement does not work, we no longer have many ourselves who also need the night shift which 🤦‍♀️ incapable staff high 10

A seller of this gas station could not figure out anything and has bullied us. We're not smartheads, but behaving respectfully does not mean we're stupid !!!
