Mr. Viehweg (no idea whether the name is spelled correctly) seemed unfriendly, incompetent and not at all competent! What is taken for granted for other Commerzbanks does not seem to apply to this bank! Pity!!!!

A bank and branch that I've been with for years and, in contrast to other "money providers", have only had very good experiences. Here the employees (especially Mr. Wi ...) take time for someone and always try to find a solution should the financial situation make things difficult or have to be rescheduled at short notice. That's why I gave it an honest, very good rating and I highly recommend it!

Very friendly staff. My problem was quickly solved by the employee in Lauf and IT.
