Respectful, courteous, and patient. This company provided us with excellent service in dealing with the sudden loss of our beloved pet. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of cremation services. The communication is clear. They accept direct pay through bank, cash, or credit card. And there is an option for observation of the cremation if it is something you wish. We did not choose this option but it was offered to us. I am very appreciative of finding this service and was surprised at the care with which they showed us and the remains of our pet.
Thank you Anubis and a special thanks to Autrianna for assisting us, as well as our dog Rocky, with the high level of service and care that you provide. We are Americans with limited german language skills and they made the process simple. They are incredibly friendly and personable. The communication was great every step of the way and Anubis made one of our saddest days easier than we could have ever imagined.
I had a good experience with Anubis. The cremation was done rather quick and I feel confident that my dog’s remains were treated with kindness and respect. Christine was professional and understanding. I would recommend this business.
Very nice people. It's great that there is such a thing. Anubis was recommended to us by the Nuremberg Veterinary Clinic, which made us a lot easier. Everything was very well organized and now our little mouse is with us again. Many thanks to all employees.
On August 7th our Rambo was fetched from the vet by anubis. Today he finally came to us after a series of phone calls. The foam paw print is so ridiculous that a 6 year old would have made it better. The laying out wasn't particularly loving either, I would have expected more for the money. You learn once through mistakes and never again. You can only give 5 stars for the staff on the phone who were very friendly and empathetic. You can knock the rest in the bin.
