We actually visited two properties through the Strohmaier company, in fact there were three. Unfortunately, the first property was nothing, when we visited an end-row house a few weeks later, Mr. Hofmann spontaneously offered us to visit the neighboring middle-row house, which would also go online shortly. Since we had time we took the opportunity and what can I say, since November we have owned the mid-terrace house. Here, Mr. Hofmann gave us good advice, was always reliable and punctual, was always flexible in terms of time and was binding. We were always completely satisfied with the work of Mr. Hofmann and also in the correspondence with Ms. Wacker, many thanks again from us.

We were very satisfied with the real estate agency Strohmaier. Mr. Hofmann is still a real estate agent who reliably stands by his word, is available at all times and takes care of things. From the first inspection to the final handover of the keys, everything went really well. Thank you so much!

Information is passed on to the client / landlord, which puts the interested party in a bad picture, although it is known that it is legal and completely understandable. So if you pass on information, then please completely, or not at all. The one star for the punctual inspection.

I asked this real estate office for appointments to view an advertised condominium. After I had been held up for 2 weeks, had not kept some promises to call back and could not / could not give me an appointment for the calls I made, I was able to arrange a tour for the coming Friday afterwards (on a Monday). On Wednesday of the same week I was called from the office for the first time and they wanted to make an appointment with me (although that already happened on the previous Monday ?!). The next day (Thursday) I was called again and canceled the appointment because the apartment had now been sold to someone else.
