I was given competent and friendly advice over the phone. The homepage is also good, you can find the current opening times and phone numbers. The "Ortena" chatbot is also great, my call almost took off.

Driver's license: I can't complain, I'll admit a real challenge until someone answers the phone. When I finally had a lady on it after 1.5 hours non-stop call, I have to say she was very friendly, explained what I had to bring and I got an appointment for the next day to pick up my son's driver's license. I was also treated in a friendly manner on site and it went very quickly. A friendly security team stands at the door at the entrance and controls the appointments and helps even if you don't know where exactly you have to go.
