Customer since 2014 and business customer since 2017 and have not regretted being at Volksbank Heidelberg for a single day. Even in the digital age, I prefer to visit the branch, there is always a very pleasant atmosphere, a friendly smile from everyone and, above all, you receive super topic-oriented advice. This is always fair and you never have the feeling that something is being pushed onto you. Here you always get help and a big thank you goes to my consultant Ms. Lisa-Marie Heiler who always tries to meet my demands. TOP!

I personally feel that my business account is in very good hands with the Volksbank and I really appreciate the friendly, always very customer-oriented and committed service - both from my supervisor and on site when I have to go to the branch. This is no longer the case in the digital age, but when it does, it is just a smile, a friendly hello and sometimes a quick bite that no online banking can offer.

I live in the Palatinate now and still stay with this bank. I would also drive 200 km. That says enough ....

Very nice staff who are always at your side with advice and action. The ladies and gentlemen of the branch in the Boxbergring could do an internship there.
