We all know that it is currently not an easy situation for the employees of the health department. Nevertheless, questions or concerns should be answered in a friendly and factual manner or referred to another colleague, department ... So far most of the employees have been really friendly, but yesterday I was referred to such an unfriendly and cheeky employee. It is a new situation for everyone, which of course also raises questions and which should then be answered objectively by the responsible authority. A little more friendliness and we all go through life more relaxed!

I had two contacts with the health department on Sundays about various cases. Both employees were friendly and were able to help me immediately or give me information. A big thank you in these challenging times.

Not available by phone for 4 days! Student tested positive and the class got different information ... you don't know where to turn. General practitioners do not make appointments and are on vacation. Next appointment in three weeks and until then you are not allowed to go to work and who now writes the AU?

I called about a Covid-19 test. A very friendly employee asked me a few questions in order to be able to classify why I need the test and what conditions (quarantine) it may be associated with. Then she gave me the last appointment of the same day and sent me an email. She stayed on the line until I checked whether the mail had arrived. The mail again contained all the important information (directions, time, link to later findings) and data to show so that one is admitted. Everything went very professionally, perfectly and quickly. I had my result in a little over 30 hours, luckily negative, so I can't say anything about the follow-up care that would otherwise have taken place. Thank you!

While the health department in the Bergstrasse district has not been available for three days and nobody is there on 116117, a very nice person arranged a corona test for us here directly, and as a district free! Those who are looked after here are in luck!
