Dreadful!!! How unfriendly can you be? You are yelled at on the phone and are not even allowed to finish a sentence! A lady with a Russian accent was incredibly cheeky and didn't even want to mention her name after asking several times because I said I would complain about her. In the end, I was put on my face very cheeky! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Terrible!! Application for the water connection for a new building submitted in February 2020, until today October 2nd, 2020 no date got when there will finally be water! Everything is of course put on Corona ... too incapable of terminating a water connection in 8 months, I wonder what people are doing there anyway? But the prices for it are extremely high, great Stadtwerke Heidelberg!
The lowest level, letters are messed up by the municipal utilities and the customer has to pay dunning fees. Bad advice, you will only be dismissed. Very, very unfriendly staff on the phone, I've never experienced anything like that! And expensive too. Our decision has been made: we will change.
