Response time to emails 3-4 weeks and not just once. And then advertise with: "Welcome to No. 1". Just sad and a shame that you have no choice but to change banks

There are only a few employees who are competent. The rest is only to be used for receiving and stamping the transfer receipts. It was the best decision to switch banks. Just had trouble.
