Big catastrophe. Stops are simply "forgotten" and students are fooled by a very friendly driver because they dare to appear on the bus only five minutes before departure. The nice lady even threatened not to take the children with her. Absolute incompetence. Training in dealing with other people would be more than appropriate here. Written complaints will not be reacted at all.

Very nice male and female staff among the bus drivers, but many failures and very unfriendly female staff on the phone ... while the male staff on the phone has always been very friendly, the female was under a star ... a joke as with a talk becomes.
