better to stay away from this club. And if it does, then under no circumstances conclude an online contract !!!! Once you have signed an online contract, you cannot change anything. Since I don't log into their portal all the time, (why should I?) I missed the bill almost every month. When asked to send me a monthly invoice by post, this was not possible. Now our contract term is finally over and we have to pay a fair amount. When asked by email whether we could make an installment payment, I received an email confirmation. Now two weeks later, I get mail that I should now pay this amount in one sum and in addition the gas bill for February is reminded in advance !! So I called there. I was first told that I would not have sent an installment payment email until I had read the Stadtwerke SN reply email to the lady. Suddenly it was said that I should have answered their email again (which I did by phone) to confirm the payment in installments. When I asked why the gas bill was so high, she said boldly, "It already includes the February bill"! Where is there such a thing? The invoice is not even due, but a reminder will be issued! I am an energy consultant myself and know that you can get much cheaper, far better energy contracts. And customer service is better, friendlier and more trained in dealing with customers !!

It is now possible to make deposits in cash or with an EC card in the town house. Don't forget your customer number. I got the info today, haven't tried it yet.
