Very unfriendly advisor on Arsenal Strasse. It was assumed for me to be one in the Schufa, because 3 years ago I made an application with a dog and without looking into the system, the good woman says they have received a rejection for the purpose of Schufa. After I complained I was rejected because of a dog, took another closer look at the data and apologized, it was already through for me. Perhaps the swg should employ more competent and friendly employees.
It's crazy how many people here complain about the “advisor” in Arsenalstrasse, and that everything is simply accepted. I too had bad experiences with this lady today.
So with us in the staircase hell is going on people are put in the booths without thinking! No one comes to rest about us at all. Left Left Right Right!
Complained several times but nothing happens! nothing at all! one is simply let down: / well as long as the rent flows ......

We are interested in an available apartment from SWG Schwerin and have been trying to reach the contact person in the synopsis for 4 days.
Unfortunately, some excuses seem to be made up, or you complain about all the work, or you just don't answer the phone.
For me, the behavior is unacceptable and I describe the SWG as incompetent.
