Employees are friendly when you get them on the phone. But this is not possible at all, that you call for 10 days and no one answers the phone. What's going on, what's the point?

Got married in the Schleswig-Holstein house in May. Accessibility by phone is catastrophic. The personal appointment was postponed without any feedback because the officer was sick. (Not bad in itself, but for professional reasons we traveled more than 100km and only found out about the new appointment on site.) The agreements in advance were simply ignored. For legal reasons, a personal check was carried out before the wedding. Since a museum is integrated in the house, everyone now knew that the two of us would get married there. Goodbye data protection. Previously discussed details were reviewed again. The wedding in the Schleswig-Holstein house was very nice in itself. Due to Corona, only 6 people were allowed by prior arrangement. Feedback that the regulation was relaxed was only received 10 minutes before the wedding: they had no photographer and no musician. Camera was not allowed to be set up, mobile phone photos / videos not allowed. The registry office asked us a few days before the wedding to postpone the date due to Corona, as they had planned too many weddings and did not have enough rooms / staff. They have met the time technically, but that's not exactly professional. At a wedding, everything is usually planned in advance: hairdresser, restaurant, photographer.

Because of Corona it is annoying to have to wait outside and to sit and wait inside with a mask.
