Since Mr. Herbst handed the insurance over to Mr. Jastremski at the Broistedt agency many years ago, I have only been a paying member. So far, Mr. Jastremski has not even introduced himself to me, so I gradually had to transfer all insurance to someone who would also look after me. I am sure that my insurance could have been optimized in a personal conversation. Then I would have stayed for reasons of comfort, since service is more important to me than just cheap. It's a shame, that doesn't work ...

Has been with Motor Vehicle Insurance since 1988. Local but expensive. Doesn't appear in the comparison portals for no reason. 13 years without damage then caused a sheet metal damage. No reasonable communication. No costs or any self-takeover requested. Everything just by email nothing in writing. But downgrading which would be expensive. 127 euro discount protection fully comprehensive 162 euro fully comprehensive discount protection ..... but reduction? Rip off unparalleled. Compared to other insurance 625 euros less in a year with the same performance .... stupid as I was, I changed after over 30 years of rip-offs. Without words.

Fair prices with insurance companies and very accommodating if you are not immediately liquid for financial reasons and pay later. Never had problems with this society. We recommend.
