Absolutely unprofessional, didn't even know the name, I introduced myself with my first and last name, thought it would be nice to know the name so that I could address myself properly. That says a lot. 5 minutes, I'll say "talk" about it, my opposite no longer wanted to bother, it's Friday afternoon, so get the whole thing done quickly. That is a reason for me to change the health insurance, I will advise everyone I know against the AOK. That's not possible.

I am a student and I recently had health insurance there as a student. The contract states that there is a contribution of € 106.54, but it does not match. Even if you transfer this contribution only a day later, dunning fees of at least € 11 apply and you have to pay € 117.54, so to speak. I think it's a rip off and an insolence, because as a student you have very little or sometimes no income and you have to pay this contribution plus the reminder fees. In addition, the consultants are NOT nice at all. Please note if you have health insurance there that there is a notice period of 18 months.

Take a long wait while several employees are sitting around chewing fingernails or drinking coffee. Then one is comforted with the words "come back Monday mornings, there is less going on".
