Very bad staff! Especially the Kirsten revenge, who thinks to be rude every time! Several of my friends now want to cancel this insurance, thanks to her, because she is so uninformed and likes to hang up on her face when asked! Just cheeky!

Nice and friendly customer advisors at this location. I was there 2 minutes before the office closed and they immediately took care of my concerns. With competence and specialist knowledge as well as an extremely high level of customer orientation, I was quickly able to be helped to the fullest satisfaction, even though the clerk actually had already finished work. I am not a customer of BKK-Salzgitter myself, but this location is highly recommended ...

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this health insurance. E-mails and mail are skilfully ignored although sent by registered mail ... allegedly nothing has to be done, nothing has arrived, according to the KK, despite proof of receipt.
