Telephone availability is zero! But there MUST be an appointment. Schildbürgerstreich, absolute dirt shop in the relationship! You try to get information during the opening hours and just feel ripped off. You should do everything over the phone, but nobody answers. Great performance by the city of Salzgitter! But always pull coal out of the citizens' pockets for everything! Price-performance in no relation!

The greatest disaster of all. Called 60 times within 3 days. Nobody answers the phone. How should I extend my driver's license? In addition, I just have to hand in my papers.

Unbelievable, everywhere you have to make an appointment in advance and then, despite the free phone line, you can't reach anyone under "contact phone number". Great work ethic. Zero service, with full payment! Thumbs down !!!!

I just have to pick up my driver's license, call someone and get an appointment for Wednesday ... but it works 😊

At first it was difficult to reach. Tried it 40 times over 3 days. After I reached someone, an appointment was quick and the staff were very nice too.
