Called today because I have sold my apartments and I wanted to ask what information is required to register.
I was told to bring the contract of sale with me, since the day of sale is given there. Explained to her that the date stated in the contract is the earliest possible because the sale is influenced by several factors, such as authorities (clearance, etc.).

Training at the WEVG is not recommended.
From a discount of 25.00 euros per month, after two years with constant consumption, 50.00 euros have become a luxury. And 2020 was increased again. The invoices of the Wevg are also structured in such a way that you can no longer understand or re-calculate them. Bad times ..
