Super nice, dynamic team that immediately gives the feeling that it's not just about selling. The focus here is really on the customer. I went to the branch without any prior technical knowledge and all topics were explained to me very competently and, above all, 100% honestly and transparently, so that even laypeople can understand them without problems. Every question (really every question, there are no taboo questions) is answered honestly. A positive gut feeling just arises immediately because you can actually understand products and understand them yourself.

You can always write badly about insurance because each has its advantages and disadvantages. Ultimately, the situation and condition of the insurance decide on the degree. However, one can judge about the quality of the service. Here I can only say that I feel well cared for. The employees are qualified and try (unlike others) to not unnecessarily add additional products on the nose. Customer care and regular contact care but not intrusive are given. Requests are quickly and easily received and resolved. Who wants to surround himself with an insurance in which he feels in good hands, I can at least recommend a conversation with this agency.
