Usually very friendly and helpful staff. But today it was exactly the opposite. When returning a defective item (item only 5 days old), one of the saleswomen was just rude in terms of behavior (words and facial expressions) and indirectly accused me of lying. So far I have bought all of the dog food for 4 dogs in this branch and have not switched to the sometimes cheaper competition. As of today, I will no longer set foot in this shop.

Super store. You always get help and they are very accommodating. You can't try on dog harnesses on the internet ... but there !!
