Always the same, the machines are always defective. Since only 2 people are allowed in the self-service area, people sometimes stand up to the pharmacy or populate the entire sidewalk. There is enough distance between the machines, so 4 people can get in there. Please take care of your machines as soon as possible. You won't take my money later or forego it

No more cash transfers in the branch, ATMs and self-service terminals are permanently out of order, from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. no access to the self-service area (because you save the card reader at the door). Do your shop directly - we are now switching our 3 accounts.

Our business relationship began many years ago under the name of Dresdner Bank. Everything was fine. Now as Commerzbank, customers are turned on excessive overdraft facilities in order to later reschedule them as "cheap" loans. Contact persons simply change to other branches and, even worse, using the phone numbers of the branches you always end up in the "customer service" in Frankfurt, inquiries by email are not processed, you also do not find out whether you are being forwarded, no notification of absence or the like .. I'll say " personal "-> Lower Austria" Always close "-> Lower Austria. In the long run I'm very disappointed that you juggle so much tax money and still can't get the cart to the race ... You'd better go to the Targo Bank right away, because you know from the start what you're getting into. THANKS!!!
