For whatever reason, it was felt to be the right thing to do from 2 machines for bank statements (old branch a few houses down the street) to one that doesn't work now and of course nobody is on site on Saturday to fix the problem. Long live this branch. 🥴

Unfortunately, the customer is not dealt with. You only get snooty answers and appear very arrogant. With this "advice" I will not remain a customer.

Was here on Friday November 3rd, 2018 at 10:45 a.m. It was closed although actually open until 1 p.m. I was told by phone that I should go to Siegburg.
