The machines work great but unfortunately our advice on building finance was not good. We prefer to clarify financing personally because one actually hopes for a good entrustment, since nowadays a lot is requested online. Unfortunately that was not the case.

I wanted to change a € 500 note into smaller notes. An unfriendly employee only asked me if I had an account with them. When I said no, he didn't want to change anymore, when I asked where else I could change such a bill, I just shrugged. Anyone who deals with potential customers in this way should not be surprised at the loss of customers. In the current difficult phase for banks, one should be able to expect a minimum level of service and friendliness ... not here!

The bank is equipped with all the necessary deposit and withdrawal machines. The location is also very central and parking is also available. I also noticed positively the handling of the customer, which always takes place at eye level.
