Nothing goes. I get reminders even though I still have 2 weeks to transfer money. Calls don't go nobody answers the phone. Emails are ignored. Communication not possible. Not possible to go on site due to Corona. The job center is simply unavailable in whatever way! Preferably 0 stars for such an unprofessional situation and unfriendly employees (from experience from last year)

It has improved a bit, so to say from 0 to a star ... Seriously: Here, it seems, mistakes are still systematically made and it only helps in the end: Ab to the social court, that works without a lawyer. Incidentally, "Siegburg" has obviously already lost its reputation there for some time.

To the Mitarveitern on the spot: no comment. Telephone operators are extremely well trained, very friendly and helpful. I had to telephone a lot afterwards, forgive the 5 stars but only to the switchboard. There you will be helped quickly and competently, the waiting time is justifiable. If they had not been, there would be 0 stars from me.

I often go to the JC with top-ups. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and helpful. However, I would particularly like to emphasize our clerks in the service area - they talk to us, explain and find solutions with us, and all in a timely manner! Many thanks for that!
