An absolutely illegal place. They decided to treat several cases based in their own private opinion, which was on contrary with the law. Unfair, unfriendly, and horrible.
I have an English license and made an appointment to have it changed. I called TWICE to ask and double check if I needed a translation to German. The answer was no both times- English is in order. I took a day off work to go in and exchange my license and have photos taken. When I get there- the woman who my appointment is with refuses to start the process, because I need a German translation. I explained to her that I called twice and was told that I didn't need a translation from English to German. She would hear none of it. I am very disappointed that 2 different people who work there told me that I don't need a translation, but somehow I still ended up with with a person who was determined that I needed one.
Nice, friendly, helpful and I called this morning and got an appointment for today. Thanks to the team.
