Information in English for foreigners like me: The worker will pretend that they talk friendly in front of your face, but when you go out, you will never hear any info from them anymore. I have been living in Germany for 6 years and never ever I had any problem with ABH. Only that time in Siegburg I was pingpong-ed and nothing came out of it. If you are working in this area, I recommend you to live in Bonn. This ABH office is not recommended. After I moved to Bonn and continued my visa extension there, it was finished swiftly. If only I can give 0 star...

Information for foreigners in English: This is a complaint concerning the immigration department ( Ausländerbehörde ) Siegburg. It is also a warning for those foreign aliens interested in working in this area of Germany. Be aware of the dreadfully tedious immigration process. My girlfriend came to Germany 4 years ago and still to this date has not received any solid paperwork, just extensions (Fiktionsbescheinigung). We applied in 2017 and have not received any paperwork yet. Now, in 2020 she is stuck in Germany as her last temporary paperwork has expired and she cannot get a renewal. This office doesn't recognize that our local economy depends on immigration to be somewhat attractive. So for those interested in working in this area, I highly recommend you live within the jurisdiction of Bonn and not in the Rhein-Sieg Kreis. A complaint to the District Administrator (Landrat) will be sent - things have to change!

Very bad and slow people at the foreign office. Have been waiting for my permanent residence for 7 months now, It takes only 6 weeks for people from other foreign office to get their residence but have now been waiting 7 months without any response. It is so sad and very pathetic.

Least favorite place on earth. That includes the inside of a volcano. Slow process that could take more than 2 years for a simple 1 month task, more than often broken system, and they don't even offer proper seating for your 4 hours waiting time.

Today my husband and I went there to extend the time of our Ausweis , Mr. Korosoglou behaved kindly with us. We appreciate him.
