Another typical example of German democracy. With the ladies and gentlemen in the citizen service, one does not know what the other is doing and the citizens have to suffer as a result. You ask on the phone what you need and if you want to get there you have more.

For 4 weeks now I have been trying to call the citizens' service to apply for a police certificate of good conduct. I have written e-mails asking for advice and do not get an answer. My heartfelt condolences to the employees who are completely over-promoted.

Really very rude staff! Can not even copy something for a customer and do not respond to the person and do not agree to overdo their work for 2 minutes!

So the lady at the front desk was not really friendly. Listless and annoyed. The rest was awesome.
