Staff always very friendly. If the required goods are not there, they are ordered directly and you get a notification when you can pick them up.

Very nice saleswoman, our Nora (mixed breed dog from Romania) needs bait protection because dog haters have placed poisoned bait in the Niederkassel district and we want to give our Nora all the protection that can be given. The food house employee gave us great advice, tried the bait protection directly in the shop and did a trial run in the shop.Nora didn't like the bait protection at all, tried to take it off, managed it, while Artic, our friend's guide dog (she has been 40 years blind) hadn't made it, he is a proud royal poodle, the saleswoman gave us great advice and stood by us, just great, here a very big compliment to all the feed house employees, thank you, thank you !!!
