Most officials come across as arrogant (snooty) due to their unfriendliness and unsympathetic facial expressions. I can understand that one can feel with a uniform and with a gun, but one must also expect that the citizen will get hatred and anger at you.

The young officer on duty, Mr. T., quickly and competently grasped my problem. He helped me according to all his legal possibilities. Even if the phone rang in between, he was not disturbed. You want a policeman like that. Here you can rely on the officials. My respect!

The older policeman was really unfriendly and disinterested. Although I wanted to report the driver with the license plate: SU-DT 129 (Silver Opel) as official presumption 134 §. The car is equipped with blue lights on the front windshield. Although a young construction worker drives the car. (He's not a civil servant) I wanted the police to check the driver and ask why he is equipping his car with blue lights. That is illegal and punishable! To this day, the young man drives through the area with flashing lights and police do nothing! If you don't feel like working, please leave your positions. But such a bad police work is not possible! Although I had to wait a bit (there was still a couple in front of me) my request was handled friendly and competent. In between, though, was the phone but for the official sat alone because I found everything in order. Respect and recognition.
