Customer service eaten with a small spoon. Frustration from the preliminary talk is left out at the next customer. On request for IBAN etc. to repay a loan, instead of printing it out properly on the PC, a note with handwriting is pressed into your hand, which looks more like a shopping list than a reasonable document. Come on Santander .... Is that how you treat customers ?!
