I wanted to withdraw money this morning on August 24th at 8:30 a.m., both machines out of order, all doors closed, so couldn't go to the counter. When I knocked on the door I was only called "breakfast" .. mind you at 8:30. When the lady finally noticed that both machines were out of order, I asked if it wasn't possible at the counter, to which I was replied that they had no money at the moment. That's a cheek, as a customer I feel ripped off and I wasn't granted access to my money. Dirty shop. And above all filthy employees.
