Came here three times for my visa. If u have scheduled an appointment, it will be faster. The first two time I wasn't in an appointment so i have to wait in line. The staff were friendly and are willing to answer my questions.

As a foreign student that went there 3 times i can say they just have one person helping us once a week and others are not friendly but better than that woman, she is so rude and mean even if you have a normal talk. Don’t bring your problems to work or if it is your behavior don’t work in a place that you have to be in touch with ppl all day. You make ppl think bad about your ppl sry But thanks to others who is helping

This is an authority that does its job and beyond that, nothing is too much for anyone here when it comes to citizens, let alone the politics that emanates from this house.
