Stadtverwaltung Düren

Have appointment online, also see my name in their system, but they refused to register my address, the argument is that too many people made appointment online, so they only accept appointment through phone call. What the heck.....very bad, surprised to find such a low efficient and unfriendly city hall in western Germany

wait for over 3 months for the advance payment for the child !!!!! My pension supply balance which has already been deducted !!!! and the city of Düren is surprised that the AFD gets more and more voice.

Unfortunately, very disappointing that you have to wait over 10 minutes on hold, even then you can reach anyone at the headquarters. I do not think it's because hundreds of people call there at the same time. Very sad!!!!!!!!!!!!
