I love this place

A sad achievement for an office that should be there for its citizens! Making appointments for things that last a maximum of 10 minutes is just hell. You can be happy if you "only" have to wait 1 month. Reaching someone by phone is also like gambling. Thanks for nothing!

What a work ethic! The office opens at 8 a.m. I wait 5 weeks for an appointment, take it extra early to avoid waiting during the day. And then you have to wait 20 minutes! You can only do that in the public service! Friendliness is capitalized here! Absolute cheek that such people are allowed to do this job.

Appointment for a simple change of registration ONLY in 2 weeks. Yes, I am talking about a UM notification: 1. Delete residence, 2. Make residence your sole residence. So really nothing big. I don't want to have to reapply for my ID cards after they have been lost. Of course you can't go online. Although they brag about their online services. Other cities like Aachen and Würselen are much more organized.

Incompetence in one place. For everything you have to wait forever and at least totally unfriendly by phone! Corona is also used there as an excuse for everything.
