Always friendly, always helpful. A community that works for the citizens!

A few weeks ago I received a letter from our local government: my identity card would expire in March and I should remember to apply for a new one in good time. I was happy about the letter, it happened to me in Cologne that my personal details expired unnoticed and I had to pay a substantial penalty because I was 3 months above the validity. At least that cannot happen in Niederzier. So now I was in the town hall "between the days" and applied for a new person, and I have to say that I was not only guided quickly, but also very friendly to my destination. I have never felt so well looked after by any local government. Thank you very much, this is a piece of home.
