So far only bad experiences! If you as a citizen are in need of help or want to draw attention to something, you will not be taken for full and treated absolutely shamelessly. No one should be surprised that the citizen has no desire to report abnormalities and prefers to hold back. No thanks! You should think about your core tasks.

I phoned you this morning. Everyone on the watch was kindly helpful. A big compliment to the gentleman. Siegert took the time to be very helpful for my case. And a young lady who I unfortunately forgot the name such kind people
