We were already several times at the specified opening hours at the store and run every time in front of locked doors. Today again ... Allegedly until 17.00, at 16:40 already everything. Annoying

I've been ordering my coffee pods there for several years. Delivery always prompt and reliable, the quality consistently good. Now, for the first time, a delivery did not reach me within the first three days after ordering - absolutely unusual, especially since I received a dispatch notification the day after ordering. After a short email inquiry to the company, which was answered within less than an hour, the delivery arrived the next day. It couldn't be better! You rarely find so much customer-friendliness, therefore 5 stars! Incidentally, the problem with the outstanding delivery lay with the company responsible for the delivery, not with Kaffeeprinz.
