Very rude and racist staff One of the staff acted very polemically and aggressively with me, only because I was a foreigner, I mean exactly that, because your behavior towards my German friend was friendly. I was clearly insulted and a letter of complaint was written, but it doesn't help If you are a foreigner and absolutely want to open a Commerzbank account, I recommend that you choose another branch, as you will meet aggressive staff in Mettmann

I was very unreliable three extra times in the branch to do something and the word was never kept that the promised thing would be done, nor was I called back although I was clearly promised every time and therefore I was there so often in the branch. So I can only advise against this bank from my experience. All the more I have to praise the competition in red from Haan, always everything as promised.

The branch is easy to reach, parking spaces are very limited in front of the door. The staff is very friendly and helpful throughout. Service is very important here. Appointments are kept.
